A journey into the past which traces the exceptional “OXI” (No) moments of the Greeks through the centuries from the Persian Wars to the present: Going back in time we review group resistance through historic “Nos” for democracy and freedom and the importance of Friendships.

The “OXI” statement is viewed and analyzed in accordance with the role strong friendships have played regarding courage, heroism and self-sacrifice. The symbolic and memorable friendships of Orestes and Pylades, Damon and Phidias, Achilles and Patroclus, Manolis Glezos and Lakis Santas etc. are highlighted.
